You can pop into one of our official Samsung support centres, no appointment needed, we carry parts for all the latest devices so your phone should be repaired in under 2 hours (we actually aim for one hour but don’t want to over promise).

Once we’ve received your details, we will provide you with an estimate to repair your device, it’s that simple.

How much will it cost to repair my screen?

If your device is not listed please contact us and we will happily provide you with a price.

What does my Samsung warranty cover?

Your device may be under Samsung warranty if it’s:

  • Less than 2 years old
  • No liquid damage
  • Not smashed
  • Has no other physical damage
  • Has not been tampered with, rooted or software manipulated

If your device is within the warranty period and has no physical damage, it could be repaired completely free of charge within one of our Samsung Support Centres.
