Amazing guys, had a problem with my S8+ not fast charging. Turned out to be dust and muck in the charging port they cleaned it out and checked my phone was up to date. Took them 10 mins and didn't charge. Great service couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend them.
Excellent service. Went in and got seen to straight away. Friendly women. My phone would not charge. Told me to come back in 2 hours and my phone is all fixed. Life savers!!! Would recommend!!!
My phone was dying quickly so took it to the support centre. Greeted and dealt with by a lady with a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Left it there for less than 2 hours. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem hence the loss of 1 star. Took it back for another repair and this time they fixed it. All done on warranty so free of charge as less than 2 years old. New motherboard and battery required. Would definitely recommend but don't go in at lunch time as they get very busy!
Took a Samsung a3 into the shop today the problem was identified quickly and one hour later the motherboard had been replaced and the phone is now working perfectly. Excellent service would not hesitate to recommend Cheers Dave Tyler
My partner and I went to sort out some problems we had with our Samsung phone and Samsung tablet. Luke was extremely helpful and talked us through what he was doing to sort the problems out. He was so patient and never made us feel mobile phone or tablet illiterate which we definitely are! Everything is working properly now. Thank you Luke for your time and patience! Been trying to get my Samsung S7 Edge fixed for around a year now. After battling with 02 for months on end and refusing to pay £210 to fix a damaged LCD display, I was finally told to go here (I hadn't heard of it before hand. It should be the first recommended place to visit to all Samsung users for their products upon purchase). I explained the situation to the man in the Samsung store and he understood immediately that the fault with my phone was due to a manufacturer's fault, And offered to fix it at no cost the same day. About an hour later I went back to pick up a new fixed phone. Couldn't be happier with the service the man provided to me. I won't be sticking with 02 when my contract is over but I will be having another Samsung as my next phone.

Brilliant service and fantastic staff, after experiencing wifi issues with a Samsung handset we were helped by the fantastic customer service from Gabby and Alex, they informed us as to the best backup methods and helped us to ensure it was done correctly, Then they informed us as to the process that was to ensue in the diagnostics and possible repair of the handset, very quick easy and thorough. Handset left with them at around 10.30am and text to secondary contact number to confirm, then at around 14.30pm text to confirm handset ready for pickup, with motherboard replacement, all sorted, backup now fully restored and all working brilliantly. I cannot thank Scott enough for fixing my phone. He was so lovely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was touch and go with my phone! He did everything in his power to fix it and save some very precious pictures....... and he did it! Thank you, thank you, thank you. His female colleague was also very lovely and kind. Best service I've had from anyone anywhere for a very long time.
Called into the Samsung Centre today for advice, Jack from the support team couldn't have been more helpful. He checked a Samsung S7 Edge for me and gave some sound advice, a visit well worth taking and peace of mind for myself. Jack. Once again many thanks Best regards Dave Graham

Wrote me up a report to give to my insurance which was very helpful, then come back to them and they did the repairs for free, couldnt ask for more, very good staff, if only the samsung support staff over the phone was this useful!
I called into the shop today needing help to sort out a few issues with my tablet. For the second time this year I received the help I needed and left feeling very happy with the service. I forgot to ask the name of the young man I interrupted in his cleaning but he was extremely patient and helpful. So good to have this support centre in Sheffield ☺
