In warranty

Your device may be under it’s Samsung warranty if it’s:

  • Less than 2 years old (Proof of purchase may be required)
  • No liquid damage
  • Not smashed
  • Has no other physical damage
  • Has not been tampered with, rooted or software manipulated

If your device is within the warranty period and has no physical damage, it could be repaired completely free of charge.

Out of warranty

Your device may be out of it’s Samsung warranty if it’s:

  • More than 2 years old
  • Has liquid damage
  • Cracked or smashed
  • Has other physical damage
  • Has been tampered with, rooted or software manipulated

If your device is more than 2 years old or is subject to accidental or physical damage, it cannot be repaired for free under a warranty claim however, we can still repair it at a very competitive price using original manufacturer parts.
